Many of us remember the fun of riding a decorated bicycle in a parade. Elaine Hamilton, a registered nurse who served in the US Army from 1945 to 1947, and in the Peace Corps from 1974 to 1976, with the help of her daughter Ann Reynolds was able to ride a bicycle in the Windsor Heights Fourth of July parade. Click here to feel the joy.
Elaine and Ann are riding a Van Raam Fun2Go, while John Brunow, owner of All Ability Cycles, is riding a Van Raam VeloPlus. Those cycles and many other adapted cycles are available through All Ability Cycles, on the east side of the courthouse square in Jefferson.
